Description: The Inspiring and Outstanding Leader award recognises the positive contribution made to both business or the community.

The award recognises those who demonstrate outstanding spirit, leadership of employees or community organisations, strategic direction and innovative ideas, whilst providing inspiration to a new generation of upcoming business and community leaders. Individuals entering into this category can be self-employed or employed by a business or involved in a community organisation.
